This Privacy Policy explains how Dvain Solutions ("Dvain Solutions," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use Breva (the "App") and this legal website (together, the "Service").

Breva is designed to work locally. The App may store your breathing preferences, including appearance mode, sound setting, selected session length, and recent breathing session history. Session history may include the session date, breathing technique, duration, and completed cycle count.

If you contact us by email or another support channel, we collect the information you choose to include, such as your email address, message, device details, screenshots, or diagnostics you decide to send.

Website and platform information

This legal website is hosted by Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process technical information such as IP address, browser type, request metadata, security events, and logs as needed to host, secure, and deliver the website. If you download Breva from Apple's App Store, Apple may process purchase, download, crash, and diagnostics information under Apple's own policies and your device settings.

Breva does not require an account, does not collect precise location, contacts, photos, microphone recordings, health data, or payment card numbers, and does not include third-party advertising or cross-app tracking in the App.

Breva's app settings and session history are stored locally on your device using Apple platform storage. We do not operate a Breva account database or cloud sync service for this data. You can remove local app data by deleting the App from your device, subject to operating-system behavior and backups you control. Support emails are kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the Service.
