Breva is designed to work locally. The App may store your breathing preferences, including appearance mode, sound setting, selected session length, and recent breathing session history. Session history may include the session date, breathing technique, duration, and completed cycle count.
Information you provide for support
If you contact us by email or another support channel, we collect the information you choose to include, such as your email address, message, device details, screenshots, or diagnostics you decide to send.
Website and platform information
This legal website is hosted by Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process technical information such as IP address, browser type, request metadata, security events, and logs as needed to host, secure, and deliver the website. If you download Breva from Apple's App Store, Apple may process purchase, download, crash, and diagnostics information under Apple's own policies and your device settings.
2. Information We Do Not Collect
Breva does not require an account, does not collect precise location, contacts, photos, microphone recordings, health data, or payment card numbers, and does not include third-party advertising or cross-app tracking in the App.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- provide Breva's breathing sessions, audio cues, haptic cues, settings, and recent-session history;
- save your preferences and restore your local app experience;
- respond to support requests;
- host, secure, troubleshoot, and maintain this legal website; and
- comply with legal obligations and protect our rights, users, and services.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your information for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking. We may share information with service providers only as needed to provide and support the Service, including Apple for App Store distribution and diagnostics, Cloudflare for website hosting and security, and email providers for support communications. Breva's app settings and session history are stored locally on your device using Apple platform storage. We do not operate a Breva account database or cloud sync service for this data. You can remove local app data by deleting the App from your device, subject to operating-system behavior and backups you control. Support emails are kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the Service.
7. Your Choices and Rights
- You can turn Breva's sound cues on or off in App settings.
- You can choose session lengths and breathing techniques in the App.
- You can manage Apple diagnostics and analytics sharing in your device settings.
- You can delete the App to remove locally stored Breva data from your device, subject to backups you control.
- You can contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we control, such as support messages.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
Breva is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
10. Health and Wellbeing Notice
Breva provides breathing and relaxation support. It is not medical, mental health, emergency, professional, or safety advice. If you have questions about a medical or mental health condition, please consult a qualified professional.
